Another month, another Stitch Fix box! Many of you loved a couple of the items from my January 2016 Stitch Fix review, thank you for all of the love on Pinterest! I wore the 41Hawthorn Arnette jumpsuit twice already, once on my cruise in early January and again at a charity event the other night. I am loving it! Now onto my Stitch Fix February 2016 box!
Papermoon Leonara Knit Top
Most of the contents of my Stitch Fix February 2016 box were nice, but not phenomenal. The Papermoon Leonara Fauz Leather Trim Knit Top pictured above, $44, impressed me out of the box as I adore this cobalt blue color. It fit great and worked well with the leggings, but I don’t wear leggings much, I’m more of a jeans girl. I felt this top was slightly too long for jeans and just rather basic other than the great color. The faux leather trim around the neckline was a cool touch, but I could see that going south quickly after some wear. I’d definitely like to see more tops in this color, but ultimately decided not to keep this one.
Rune Porter Legging
The Rune Porter Legging is pictured both above and below and had an affordable price tag of $38. They seemed well made and of great quality, but I noticed that just while wearing them for my photos, they kept falling down and I had to keep tugging them back up. That coupled with the fact that I’m not a huge fan of leggings in general made these a no-go.
Market & Spruce Sawyer Dolman Sleeve Top
I was on the fence about this Market & Spruce Sawyer Space Dye Dolman Sleeve Knit Top above. Priced at $58, I liked the fit and color and it was really comfortable. I’m not really even sure why I didn’t keep it to be honest, it just didn’t wow me enough I suppose. I probably should’ve tried it on with jeans, these leggings may have ruined it for me!
Skies are Blue Lowry Open Cardigan
The Skies are Blue Lowry Open Cardigan pictured below, priced at $58, felt a little Mister Rogers to me. It just wasn’t an ideal cut for me and felt too long and frumpy. This was an easy decision to send this one back.
Romolo Canon Pyrite Tassel Necklace
I’ve never been a big tassel person, but after getting the Moda Luxe Palermo Stitch Detail Clutch in my Stitch Fix January 2016 box, they’re starting to grow on me! I was immediately drawn to the fun combo of elements in this Romolo Canon Pyrite Tassel Necklace below, with the pyrite stone framed by a gold box and the long tassel. I also love that pyrite has great healing properties and protects against negative energy, icing on the cake! I wore the necklace for all of my photos above as I felt like it was very versatile and went well with everything! So, needless to say, at only $34, this was a definite keeper.
