Opening my Stitch Fix January box was like getting an extra Christmas present this month, such perfect timing! I love the mix of items that were in it and was eager to try on the 41Hawthorn Arnette Jumpsuit pictured below, priced at $88. It was a perfect fit and SO comfortable, plus it’s black and I can’t refuse anything cute in black, so it was a definite keeper.
Another item I decided to keep this month was the Moda Luxe Palermo Stitch Detail Clutch (pictured above and below). I was on the fence as I wasn’t sure about the tassel, but at only $38, the price was right for something I needed. I don’t have a neutral clutch at the moment, so this will be useful, plus I love the larger size, it’s nice and roomy!
Of the items I decided not to keep, the first was an easy decision. I love jean jackets but already have a great one that fits perfectly. This Kut from the Kloth Callie Denim Jacket pictured below ($74), although very cute, was just not the right fit for me anyway as it wouldn’t quite close in the front.
I also decided against keeping the RD Style Ellery Dress pictured below as it was just a bit too snug fitting. It wasn’t uncomfortable at all as it was a stretchy sweater like material, but I prefer dresses where I don’t feel like I have to suck it in all night long, and this was definitely not one of those. The color was great, a dark burgundy, and the price was right at $78, but I just didn’t feel like I’d wear it much since it was so tight.
The last item I received was the Moon & Sky Gidean Lace Up Back Knit Top, below, priced at $54. When I first took it out of the box, I thought for sure it would be a keeper, but for some reason when I put it on I didn’t fall in love. It was maybe a little long and droopy, I don’t even know for sure but I didn’t like the fit. The back is really cute though, I love tops with interesting back cut-outs!
My Stitch Fix January box was a lot of fun, and I’m so excited about the 41Hawthorn Arnette Jumpsuit!
