I recently had the opportunity through Condé Nast to have a customized iMatch consultation at the Estée Lauder counter and take home a couple of types of complimentary Estée Lauder Double Wear Makeup. How could I refuse?! I visited my local Estée Lauder counter at Macy’s and sat down for a very thorough iMatch consultation. I knew going into it which types of coverage I was looking for, something medium to full for date nights and the like, and something else that was more like a BB cream with sunscreen for day-to-day use. Estée Lauder had 2 products that fit the bill exactly for me, Double Wear Stay in Place Makeup and Double Wear All Day Glow BB Moisture Makeup. Once we found our color matches, I brought my new makeup home and had some fun with it!
Being a busy on-the-go mom of two, I mostly need makeup for day-to-day use and the Estée Lauder Double Wear All Day Glow BB Moisture Makeup was perfect for that. With SPF 30 and a sheer lightweight feel, this BB cream took me from the gym to the grocery store without budging! Even better, the other product I chose, Estée Lauder Double Wear Stay in Place Makeup, did a great job of transforming my skin from drab to fabulous for special occasions and nights out. It glows so nicely on the skin too, but without looking at all shiny! As you can see in the before and after photo below, Estée Lauder Double Wear Stay in Place Makeup was truly transforming on my skin. Even though I feel lucky to have fairly problem-free skin, at 37 I’m starting to see many signs of aging, including fine lines and dull, lackluster skin at times. This makeup covers what I want it to and really livens up my face in my opinion! The combo of both of these two Double Wear products in my makeup arsenal for day and night is helping me to feel beautiful and confident no matter what the situation!
