I’ve been in love with Mamma Chia products ever since I was first introduced to them and have written in the past about their Vitality Beverages and Chia Squeeze Vitality Snacks. I am always so excited when they launch new products, especially when I see them showing up at my local Vons and Target stores! Among their newest offerings are 3 varieties of Mamma Chia Vitality Granola and a line of 4 different Mamma Chia Energy Beverages. I was lucky enough to take everything for a test drive and once again, I’m impressed!
What I love most about Mamma Chia products is that they are SO good for me and my family, but they also taste incredible! Organic chia seeds are the heart of all of the Mamma Chia products, and they have so many wonderful health benefits, namely high amounts of Omega-3s. Chia seeds are very filling and I have long used them to add to foods to help with portion control. The Mamma Chia Vitality Granola contains a blend of these organic chia seeds along with the highest quality gluten-free, organic whole grains, fruits and nuts. It’s also loaded with 10 grams of soy & dairy free protein to create a wonderful tasting granola that will fill you up! My whole family is going nuts over this granola. I’ve been packing it alone as a school snack and sprinkling it over greek yogurt and my kids can’t get enough! We love all 3 flavors, but I have to say the Wild Blueberry Clusters were a particularly huge hit in our house!
Mamma Chia’s new Chia Energy line of beverages comes in four amazing flavors: Blackberry Blast, Raspberry Razz, Grape Power, and Cherry Charge. I’ve only tried two of the four thus far, but I can’t wait to try the other two soon as those I’ve tried both tasted great and gave me the burst of energy I so badly needed. This organic clean energy beverage combines the nutrients of chia seeds, the clean energy of fair-trade Guayusa and organic fruit juices and it tastes wonderful! The drinks each contain 2500mg Omega-3s, 90mg natural caffeine (same as a cup of coffee), double the antioxidants of green tea, plus fiber and protein. What’s not to love?!
