I’ve been a fan of Dermalogica for a while, first having been exposed to their product lines while getting spa facials. I recently had the opportunity to sample Dermalogica Daily Microfoliant and, as I expected, I adore it just like the rest of their product line. I love how Dermalogica’s products have such a natural, gentle feel to them while still delivering results. The Dermalogica Daily Microfoliant is a rice-based exfoliating powder that activates upon contact with water, releasing Papain, Salicylic Acid and Rice Enzymes that micro-exfoliate dead cells, instantly leaving your skin smoother. Dermalogica Daily Microfoliant also contains a Skin Brightening Complex to help balance uneven skin tone. There is also a soothing blend of Green Tea, Ginkgo and Colloidal Oatmeal to help calm the skin and give it a refreshed look. It’s gentle enough to use every day and is formulated without artificial fragrances or colors.
I definitely noticed smoother, brighter skin after just one use of Dermalogica Daily Microfoliant and the results were even better with subsequent use. The powder formulation that you mix with water is a nice change from other types of exfoliants that sometimes dry up before I use them entirely. The rice-based formula feels gentle, not overly abrasive and rinses off very easily which I love!
